Welcome to the Parent's Corner, your "one stop shop" for Children's Ministry!  In this blog, my desire is to provide parents with information to understand what was taught in their child(ren)'s Sunday school class on any given Sunday, and to equip them with questions to spark conversation with their child(ren) about the lesson.  I may also take the opportunity to share thoughts that the Lord has laid on my heart, and to celebrate "God sightings" in Children's Ministry.  As always, if you have any thoughts, concerns, suggestions, or input, I'm all ears!

Wednesday, April 25, 7 pm . the AWANA Awards Ceremony.  All are welcome to attend!

Sunday, June 3, Promotion Sunday. . . the day when all children ages 2-grade 5 move up to the age group or grade they will be in as of September 1, 2018.  If you have questions about which group your child should be in, please let me know.  

June 18-22 VBS .  Many hands make light work!  If you have a few hours, a day or two, or all week, VBS can use you and your gifts!  If you are interested in volunteering, please let me know and I can pass your name and interest along to Ed Poole.
