Article XXIII: Constitutional Changes
This Constitution may be amended, and new or amended Articles, Doctrines or Policy/Position Statements may be added from time to time, but only by the unanimous approval or consent of the Elders in the exercise of the power granted to said Elders by this Constitution (see Article VIII, Section 8).
Whenever a Constitutional Article, Doctrinal or Policy/Position Statement addition or amendment is unanimously approved, it shall be copied in the book of minutes with the original Constitution in the appropriate place. If any of the preceding are repealed, the fact of repeal with the date of the meeting at which the repeal was enacted or written assent was filed shall be stated in said book.
