Thanksgiving- To Be Continued
Parent’s Corner- November 25, 2018
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Thanksgiving. It is a day, but it is also a state of mind. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could continue “Thanksgiving” throughout the year, especially as we head into a season that is heavily influenced by commercialism? I’ve heard about many ways in which families have implemented this. Some keep books and record things they are thankful for. Some keep jars and use slips of paper to express their thanks. My husband and I are thinking about how we will implement this more in the life of our family. What are your ideas? I’d love to hear them!
I’m so thankful for each of you today! Enjoy this day in your parenting journey!
