"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit."

“Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.  To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. “ 1 Corinthians 12:4-6

This week I have had the privilege of watching the VBS experience unfold.  I have had the joy of watching so many volunteers serve in different capacities from providing and serving snacks, to caring for the children of workers, to organizing details behind the scenes, to leading a group of children, to leading an activity, to setting up and cleaning up. . . the Lord has allowed all us to serve for His glory.  Thank you for all of you who were able to serve this past week.  It is a beautiful thing to see the body come together!  While VBS may be over for this year, there are always opportunities to serve the body.  If you’re interested in helping in or praying for Children’s ministry, I’m always happy to talk with you!
