Help with Streaming

If you are having difficulties with your stream, here are a few things you can try.

1. Reload the page. Sometimes reloading the webpage will fix the issues.

2. If you’re streaming on a mobile device, the live broadcast may not start automatically - be sure to hit the play button to start the live feed.

3. Connect the device that you are using to watch the stream to your router using an ethernet cable. Wired connections can handle more data than wireless connections.

4. Move the device that you are using to watch the stream closer to your wireless router. This will increase the signal strength of your wireless connection which can help create a better streaming experience.
