God is Faithful
Parent’s Corner- October 10, 2021
“Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love Him and keep His commandments, to a thousand generations.” Deuteronomy 7:9
God’s faithfulness is evident in all of our lessons this week!
God was faithful to hear Hannah’s prayer. While God, in His wisdom, may not always give us what we think we want, we can know that He always hears our prayers.
God was (and still is!) faithful to the covenant He made to never again flood the earth. His promise to Noah, and reminder through the gift of the rainbow still stand! God will keep His promises!
God is faithful to supply all of our needs, especially when He gives us an especially difficult task like He gave Moses.
I pray as we go about our week, that we might keep these promises and examples of faithfulness in mind as we seek to know God more and trust in Him. As a family, make a list of all of the ways God has proven Himself to be faithful. . . I pray that you will be strengthened and encouraged as you do so!
