We finished up a great three days of orientation today. Karis did a great job planning our sessions. They were fun, informative, and great for helping us to prepare for the week ahead.
Read MoreWe were met by Karis at the airport and whisked away to a day of touring the Capitol of Slovenia, Ljubljana. We had great time taking in the views from a local castle, eating pizza and ice cream, and getting to know the JV team. Now we're in Ptuj where we will have our first orientation session before crashing and getting much needed sleep.

Both of these quotes are inspiring when it comes to thinking of what can be accomplished by a team. However, neither of them come close to the powerful picture of teamwork given in John 13:34-35.

So far we've already ordered our "Support Slovenia" T-Shirts ($15 if you'd like one!), we're working on writing our support raising letters, and we're planning our big fundraising dinner on April 17th.
